Hailed as the antidote to stress, resilience is the new buzzword in professional competence.  Supported by prolific scientific research, everyone it seems, is investing in building and developing their resilience - individuals, owner-managers, accountancy firms and some of the biggest corporates.

This training workship will be presented by Carol McLachlan FCA, Chair of Liverpool Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA) Learning & Professional development, you'll learn how to identify your tipping point from pressure to stress and how to leverage your strengths to adapt to the demanding challenges of this complex digital age.  Drawing on research in neuroscience and her broad practical experience as a chartered accountant and executive business coach, Carol will present a toolkit of resources to help you develop resilience to survive and thrive in a professional environment of ever-increasing complexity.
