Someone tell you that they registered but they didn’t receive the confirmation email/ticket?


They are probably not registered to the event, give them the following instructions:

  1. Check your Spam and/or Notifications inbox
  2. Go to the event website and mouse over your profile icon on the top right, if you see the “Register” button is because you are not registered; if you see “Log in”, click on it and if you don’t remember the password click on “Forgot password” to log in with a new password, if once logged in, you don’t see the “Download ticket” button and you haven’t received your ticket by email, means that you are not registered and you should contact the event organiser again.
