The course will cover various interviewing techniques and the processes used to make effective selection decisions, including determining job specifications and competencies, conducting behavior-based and performance-based interviews, and designing structured interviews to meet specific job requirements. It will also cover complying with legal requirements, creating a positive environment for an interview, probing and evaluating responses, understanding non-verbal communication, and making sound decisions and choices.
