This is a Level 2 course (Fundraising and Management) under Module E: Partnerships and Collaboration.

What is the most effective route to successful applications to Trusts, Foundations and Livery Companies, or bids to statutory funders?

These funding bodies can sometimes seem opaque and leave you feeling you are working in the dark. Should you simply follow the guidelines, or try to engage with staff and trustees at a higher level? There are almost as many answers to these questions as there are grant-making institutions.

Patricia Castanha – Founder of Creative Consulting and with many years’ experience of leading fundraising strategies within arts organisations – will guide you through this complex landscape, helping you to determine strategies and manage high-quality relationships that can lead to long-term institutional support.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
