Our popular Service Excellence Journey event takes place for the fourth time. Have you ever wondered what makes a service excellence organisation so good? This engaging and informative event shows the complete journey that organisations have to make, from the moment they realise they need to change right the way through to benchmarking.

Delegates at the previous events have told us it has completely changed their thinking about how they approach customer service improvement.
