Come and Join to Negotiation Workshop by James Berry

Negotiation is a critical leadership competency and something that most people do multiple times a day with little training or conscious thought. This workshop will be geared to introduce a general framework for planning for and executing many types of negotiations. Participants will be challenged to conduct several negotiation exercises in class to help broaden their perspectives on how to approach negotiations in a way to foster win-win scenarios. We will close off the event with a lengthy Q&A; session directed at issues of importance to the participants.
