Social media is key to business success, but all too often social media activity is reactive, ad hoc and poorly managed. Our one day workshop will equip you with a robust process for effectively implementing social media activity to meet specific business objectives.

This is a very practical session including group and individual work to ensure you leave with hands on experience of the tools discussed. Participants will need to bring a wifi-enabled laptop (or let us know if this is an issue).

Learning outcomes

Upon completion of the session you will be able to:

  • Align social media activity to your business objectives
  • Evaluate and select appropriate channels, content and tools
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns
  • Effectively measure performance
  • Articulate the inherent risks in social media activity and develop effective management strategies

Who should attend?
  • Anyone with responsibility for current social media activity who wants to refresh and consolidate their knowledge
  • Small business owners and senior marketing professionals who want to understand how social media supports broader marketing activities
  • Individuals who are new to social media marketing and want to ensure they are adopting best practice from the outset
