This is to confirm that the next Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, 18 June 2014. We encourge members to arrive at 5.45pm for a time to meet and socialise. Food and refreshments will be available. We would appreciate it if you would let Pauline Douglas know of your attendance for catering purposes as soon as possible.

As you are aware, Ekaya has refreshed its website and information will be continuously updated.  We have booked a Photographer / Film Artisan  who will be taking photographs of members at the Board meeting.
