This Masterclass is ideal for companies that need to craft a strong 'pitch' to increase their success of accessing external finance. Delegates should have previously attended Masterclass 1 or have a good understanding of different forms of external financing. The Masterclass will underpin bespoke Access to Finance coaching.

Typical themes covered will include:

• Creating a strong business plan for investors
• Writing an Executive Summary
• Basics of valuation
• Understanding dilution
• Practice investment pitches - 8 minute pitches with slide deck
• Detailed investor and peer feedback

This is a one day 'pitching' Masterclass including an investor panel in a training environment. Video recording of presentations/panel will be available to delegates after the Masterclass. The benefits include peer-to-peer learning (up to 15 delegates), interaction with regional investors and Access to Finance specialists who have expertise at senior level.

Please note that as delegates will be presenting a business pitch (that will be filmed) to an investor panel, they need to bring a laptop and a short Powerpoint business presentation.

After attending this Masterclass delegates will gain increased expertise and support for interaction with their Access to Finance coach, develop skills to deliver confidently, identify what investors are looking for and be able to craft, deliver and refine their pitch.
