Registration includes meals and breaks, the welcome reception, a conference registration packet and program, dynamic keynote, concurrent sessions, an annual member's meeting, and Student Production Awards ceremony. Approximately 20 corporate members exhibits.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations of conference registration received by the AHECTA Headquarters before 5 PM (central time), June 9, 2014, will be honored and processed within 30 working days. Each conference registration cancellation will be assessed a $75 (USD) processing fee, and the amount refunded will reflect that fee.

Cancellations received after June 9, 2014, will be refunded at the discretion of AHECTA, less any expenses incurred by AHECTA. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows. Delegates assume responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by the AHECTA Headquarters.

AMERICAN DISABILITIES ACT: In accordance with the Title III of the American Disabilities Act we invite all registrants to advise us of any disability and any request for accommodations relating to their specific needs. Please submit your requests as far as possible in advance of the first day of the event.

Individual call-in reservations: (303) 893-3333 to reserve your room by calling the Reservations Department or through the Central Reservations office in Continental U.S. and Canada at (888) 627-8405. To ensure the convention rate, you must identify the group name (Association of Higher Education Campus TV Administrators).

AHECTA has secured rooms at a discounted rate of $169.00 plus tax for a single or double and $184 plus tax for a triple and$199 plus tax for a quad.

Note: Rooms must be booked no later than Wednesday, May 28, 2014 in order to receive the AHECTA discounted rate.

The hotel does not provide airport transportation but recommends Super Shuttle International. $22.00 one-way. If there are a number of people arriving on the same flight a reservation can be placed by calling (720) 374-4164. Otherwise, shuttles rotate through the airport all day.
