Daniel Odier offers participants a journey of self-discovery by discussing our propensity for building complicated systems around our ideas in an attempt to add value to our experience of life, and how this propensity limits the very perceptions we seek to enhance!   Odier's authoritative yet accessible teaching style illustrates how we can open the perceptual "doors of joy" to reach an authentic kind of freedom.    Blending and simplifying his practical knowledge of the meditational tools shared by  non-dual Buddhist and Hindu traditions, Odier distills them into a direct, secular approach to the goals of these traditions based upon his own experience  in generating and sustaining dynamic meditative states.

Friday, August 29; 7-9PM
