Chief Customer Officers Europe was formed in 2013 as a social networking group for the elite tier of the customer-centric professions, including chiefs and senior directors in service, experience, marketing, insight, digital and social. The membership of CCO Europe is managed on Linkedin as a sub-group of the Directors' Club (GB & NI).
