What you'll learn on the 2-day user research & IA course

Learn how to organize information and content based on customer behavior. You'll work through all the stages of a comprehensive user-centered design process to become familiar with every step, leading to robust site and page structures.

The user research & IA course topics are:

  • What is information architecture
  • A user-centered design process
  • User research techniques including interviews, focus groups, surveys, ethnography, diary studies, content inventories, card sorting and tree testing
  • Analysing & communicating research with personas
